What is the lake bottom like?
Sand. The entire lake bottom is sand.

Is the water clear?
Yes. Very Clear.

Can I have a dock for my boat?
Yes. If you own lakefront property you can have your own pier.  You own the shoreline.  There is no 100′ strip.  If you are on lakeview or lake access property, you will have your own boat slip on a community pier. You can leave your boat there for the entire season.

Will the developer provide financing for buyers?
No. However, we can introduce buyers to local banks that provide financing.

What utilities are provided?
Natural gas, electricity, telephone, Broadband internet and cable TV are available.  
In addition, Sunset Point, White Pine Point, North Beach,Point Cove, Clearwater Bay and Beach Bay are served by sanitary sewer/community sewer.  All utilities are buried.

Is there a must build clause?
No, there is not a must build clause. You do not have to build a home. You can simply hold the property for investment or for future building.

Lake Aire Supper Club is located at the entrance. In addition, there are numerous restaurants within a few minutes drive of NEPCO Lake.

What is the closest larger town to NEPCO Lake?

Is there a golf course nearby?
Yes. There are a number of courses nearby.   The new Ben Crenshaw/Mike Keiser Course is less than 20 minutes away.  In addition, Bulls Eye Country Club is near the far west end of NEPCO Lake and The Ridges Golf Course is across the street from the far east end of NEPCO Lake.
